Welcome to Celest Health

I’m Dr. Sima Kavand

As a board-certified internist, I founded Celest Health because good medicine takes time—something the traditional system rarely allows.

In a rushed visit, there’s only room for a quick fix to a single problem. But the women I care for rarely have just one concern. Perimenopause, weight changes, sleep issues, fatigue, and shifts in skin and hair are deeply connected. Connecting those dots requires a physician who truly knows you and has the time to listen.

That’s why Celest Health operates on a membership model. Caring for fewer patients means unhurried visits, direct access to me, and a lasting relationship. This allows us to focus entirely on what matters most to you—including perimenopause care, medical weight management, and skin health, drawing on my years practicing as a dermatologist abroad before my U.S. internal medicine training.
